BENEFITS ADMINISTRATORS, LLC is an independent
third party administrative firm providing
contract administrative services for clients
maintaining employee benefit plans. Whether
you employ one person or hundreds, BENEFITS
ADMINISTRATORS, LLC can provide guidance
for a successful employee benefit plan.
BENEFITS ADMINISTRATORS, LLC was organized in November of
1995. Employers, associations and boards
that maintain plans for the benefit of participants
compensate us on a fee-for-service basis.
We do not market any investment or insurance
products.
Our independence and our fee-for-service
billing practice permit us to work with
many different investment managers, brokerage
firms, trust companies and banks. The total
focus of our organization is in the area
of services for sponsors of employee benefit
plans.
We offer assistance with qualified and
nonqualified retirement plans as well as
cafeteria and flexible benefit plans and
health reimbursement arrangements. Plan
documents and assistance with Internal Revenue
Service and Department of Labor remedial
programs are also available. We can help
with plan design; plan documents; discrimination
testing; recordkeeping; reports to participants,
plan sponsors and governmental agencies;
and other contract administrative services
for the benefit of plan sponsors and plan
participants.

BENEFITS ADMINISTRATORS, LLC works with more
than 400 clients. Our largest client in
terms of the number of participants is a
money purchase pension plan with about 2,000
participants, and we provide services for
another client with about $175,000,000 in
assets. Non-profit organizations, governmental
entities, Taft-Hartley boards of trustees
and single employers are our clients.
We currently have 13 employees working
in our Lexington office. Our Retirement
Plan Coordinators utilize the training programs
provided by the American Society of Pension
Actuaries and they attend the quarterly
user group meetings presented by the company
providing our retirement plan administration
software.

A. O'Bryan is the Chief Operating
Officer of BENEFITS ADMINISTRATORS,
LLC. She graduated from Asbury College
with an emphasis in Business Management.
Leslie provides services for a group of
our clients and has responsibility for
internal management of our Retirement
Plan Coordinators and the workflow for
their clients. She has also earned the
Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation
from the ASPPA.

Michael Marx is the Chief Executive
Officer of BENEFITS ADMINISTRATORS, LLC.
He graduated from the University of Kentucky
College of Law in 1986 and has practiced
in the employee benefits area since that
time. Michael is admitted to practice
in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. He is
a member of the International Foundation
of Employee Benefit Plans, the National
Center for Employee Ownership, an associated
professional member of the American Society
of Pension Professionals and Actuaries
and an Accredited Investment Fiduciary
Auditor™ from the Program for Fiduciary
Studies.
